- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The sausage making with the guys at the meat room was one of my best food experiences. The effort James and Kathy have put into the facilities is first class. Not only did I get to make delicious sausages, these guys didn't stop feeding me all day!!! They even let me pick rocket from their garden. The wood fired pizzas, the beer and the morning refreshments are all included in the course. The capicola that James made I would have to say is close the the best cured meat I have ever eaten.
